Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Technical Adoption Manager to assist customers in leveraging technology for business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and realization of business value through success planning and technical guidance
• Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge and skills in VMware technology areas
• Collaborate with customers to create Success Plans and optimize their operations based on technology assessments and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role with a focus on customer success and technology adoption
• Strong business acumen and understanding of customer objectives
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to achieve VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
