Technical Adoption Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Adoption Manager (Taiwan, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and identify customer business and IT outcomes, providing recommendations for technical capabilities
• Conduct technology assessments to identify gaps and provide prioritized recommendations for improvement
• Guide customers in developing future state roadmaps and optimizing operational efficiency and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software or SaaS implementation or onboarding support
• Relevant certifications such as VCP, CKA, ITIL, AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and responsible approach to tasks
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
