Job Summary
To support enterprise customers in leveraging VMware's technology, the full-time Technical Adoption Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, driving customer engagement and success planning while working remotely across various locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships by developing Success Plans that align with their business objectives and desired outcomes
- Conduct technology assessments and provide guidance on best practices to optimize customer operations and drive value from VMware solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of customer strategies and present progress in Quarterly Business Reviews
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, such as Technical Adoption Manager or technology consultant
- Proven expertise with VMware's Multi-cloud products and enterprise-level virtualization
- Experience in creating and executing technology roadmaps and assessments
- Ability to effectively communicate with CxO level personnel and build long-term customer relationships
