Technical Adoption Manager
Job Summary
As a full-time Technical Adoption Manager, the candidate will drive customer success by leveraging VMware's technology to help enterprise clients achieve their business objectives, while working remotely and requiring a Top Secret security clearance with polygraph.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute joint Success Plans with customers to align technology adoption with business goals
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to optimize customer operations and drive product consumption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and present progress during Quarterly Business Reviews
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager or Solution Engineer
- Proven expertise with VMware's Multi-cloud products and enterprise-level virtualization
- Strong understanding of customer business objectives and the ability to map technology solutions accordingly
- Ability to communicate effectively with CxO level personnel and build long-term customer relationships
