Technical Adoption Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Adoption Manager (TAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, driving their adoption of VMware technology
• Develop and execute Success Plans aligned with customer business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer operations and deliver technology assessments

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• 12+ years of related experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience with enterprise-level virtualization and VMware's Multi-cloud products
• Proven ability to build relationships with CxO level personnel
