• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, crafting joint Success Plans and ensuring best-in-class execution
• Conduct technology assessments, roadmap reviews, and provide deployment guidance to enhance customer operations
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and drive outcome-focused value

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph
• 12+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience with enterprise-level virtualization and VMware's Multi-cloud products
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education
• Proven ability to build relationships with CxO level personnel
