Technical Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments, the full-time Technical Adoption Specialist will deliver coaching sessions, conduct discovery calls, and act as a trusted advisor to enhance customer adoption of Autodesk solutions, working remotely with medium and large strategic customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help customers adopt Autodesk solutions
• Conduct coaching discovery calls to identify customer workflows, adoption barriers, and learning needs
• Develop and maintain enablement content and lead group enablement sessions for end users

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction industry needs and workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction, or related engineering
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Takeoff, Estimate, and other relevant Autodesk software
• 5-6 years of experience in construction or a related field
• Experience in training others or creating learning collateral
