Technical Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting strategic customers worldwide, the full-time Technical Adoption Specialist will deliver coaching sessions, act as a trusted advisor, and develop enablement content to enhance the adoption of Autodesk solutions in the construction industry, with opportunities to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help customers adopt Autodesk solutions
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer workflows and adoption barriers
• Develop and maintain enablement content and lead scalable group enablement sessions

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction industry needs and workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction, or related engineering
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Takeoff, Estimate, and related software in a production environment
• 5-6 years of experience in construction or a related field
• Experience in training others or creating learning collateral
