Technical Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance customer engagement, the full-time Technical Adoption Specialist will deliver coaching sessions, conduct discovery calls, and act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help customers adopt Autodesk solutions
• Conduct discovery calls to identify customer workflows, adoption barriers, and learning needs
• Develop and maintain enablement content and lead group enablement sessions for end users

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction, and Engineering industry needs and workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction, or related engineering
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Build, Pype, Autospecs, and Forma Data management
• 5-6 years of experience in Construction or a related field
• Experience in training others or creating learning collateral
