Technical Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance customer adoption of Autodesk solutions, the full-time Technical Adoption Specialist will deliver coaching sessions, conduct discovery calls, and act as a trusted technical advisor, working remotely with strategic customers to maximize their product investment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to facilitate customer adoption of Autodesk solutions
• Conduct discovery calls to identify customer workflows, adoption barriers, and learning needs
• Develop and maintain enablement content and digital resources to support coaching delivery and address customer challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field
• Advanced knowledge of AEC technologies and automation building blocks
• Experience with Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman
• Understanding of HTTP methods and ability to handle JSON responses from APIs
