Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of women's health projects and strategies, providing technical assistance to country offices
• Manage program budgets, monitor compliance, and evaluate program processes for effectiveness
• Represent the department in external relations and contribute to knowledge management and fundraising efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• At least 7 years of related experience, with a combination of education and experience acceptable
• Proficiency in French is required
• In-depth technical knowledge in relevant health areas
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
