Technical AI Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing a suite of artificial intelligence initiatives, the full-time remote Technical AI Delivery Manager will manage freelance experts, lead multiple AI projects from kickoff to launch, and translate business needs into technical requirements while ensuring operational excellence of production-ready AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of freelance AI specialists to maintain a strong pool of contributors
• Lead AI projects ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery
• Monitor AI systems and automation workflows, proactively identifying and resolving issues

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical project delivery, program management, or AI operations
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as N8N, Make, or Zapier
• Experience managing technical contractors or freelancers to deliver projects successfully
• Comfortable working with leading AI models and tools, including Claude, GPT, or Gemini
• Understanding of AI systems, LLM integrations, and automation workflows
