Technical AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions, the full-time Director, Technical AI Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to create scalable, human-centered AI products that align with business objectives while championing responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and release AI solutions
• Identify automation opportunities and provide direction on suitable tools, including RPA and generative AI
• Engage stakeholders across the organization, serving as a technical liaison to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading scrum teams in delivering user-centered software solutions, with 3-5 years in RPA, AI/ML, or generative AI products
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data engineering, and software development methodologies
• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices
• Experience in using AI to automate product work and a desire to collaborate with AI Studio leaders
