Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst III responsible for technology analysis and defining user stories in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business resources and IT to define and document user stories, Features, and Epics for initiatives
• Utilize Agile practices and the Solution Development Lifecycle to deliver comprehensive analysis that meets business goals
• Serve as a liaison between business resources and IT to address production problems and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of related experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use the Solution Development Lifecycle and knowledge of Agile practices
• Thorough knowledge of technical concepts, business systems, and processes
