Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst to develop and maintain applications supporting Field Operations and Dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction and support for multiple applications within the Field and Dispatch system stack
• Provide advanced technical direction for system enhancements to improve end user productivity
• Collaborate with IT and Business Operations to ensure alignment of application/process long-term goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
• Experience with operational and customer service systems within the network & telecommunications sector
• Knowledge of IT systems requirements, development, and agile processes
• Program/Project Management experience
