Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst to support mobile application development and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintain cross-platform mobile applications developed in Microsoft MAUI and other frameworks
• Analyze, triage, and troubleshoot issues in existing applications while coordinating with application teams for timely resolutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and participate in system deployments and migrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6 years of experience in mobile application SDLC with a focus on Microsoft MAUI
• Proficiency in C#, XAML, .NET frameworks, and SQL
• Experience in Azure Services and RESTful APIs
• Must be a Citizen or Green Card holder
