Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst to develop and maintain applications supporting Field Operations and Dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic direction and support for multiple applications within the Field and Dispatch system stack
Provide advanced technical direction for system enhancements to improve end user productivity
Collaborate with IT and Business Operations to ensure alignment of application goals and scalability

Required Qualifications

5+ years of telecommunications experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
Experience with operational and customer service systems in the telecommunications industry
Knowledge of IT systems requirements, agile processes, and end-to-end testing
Program/Project Management experience
