Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst to develop and maintain applications supporting Field Operations and Dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic direction and support for multiple applications within the Field and Dispatch system stack
Provide advanced technical direction in the creation, delivery, and implementation of system enhancements to improve End User productivity
Collaborate with internal and external IT partners to design and clarify requirements while ensuring long-term scalability

Required Qualifications

5+ years of telecommunications experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
Experience with operational and customer service systems within the network and telecommunication industry
Knowledge of IT systems requirements, development, and agile processes
Program/Project Management experience
