Technical Analyst

Job Summary

Technical Analyst, responsible for working full-time in a fully remote capacity to identify business requirements and bridge the gap between technical systems and business processes while mentoring junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize business requests to align with strategic goals
• Build and maintain the product backlog in Jira, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and testable scenarios

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience supporting IT business systems in a consulting environment
• Experience with data-intensive platforms and understanding of code
• Familiarity with formal project methodologies such as agile and waterfall
• Experience working as part of a software development or scrum team
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
