Technical Analyst

Job Summary

To support the SDMS upgrade program, the remote Technical Analyst will manage environment readiness, coordinate network and security enablement, and provide application technical support for various lab informatics platforms on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Drive DEV/TEST/PROD readiness including server sizing, VM provisioning, and access coordination
• Own and coordinate firewall rule requests, connectivity testing, and troubleshooting across applications and endpoints
• Manage AD groups and service account permissions while ensuring comprehensive technical documentation throughout the SDLC

Required qualifications

• Experience with Thermo Fisher Chromeleon CDS, Agilent ECM, Rotronic RMS, and/or Waters LC/MS integrations
• 5+ years in technical analyst or systems analyst roles supporting enterprise on-prem applications
• Strong experience with Windows Server and enterprise application troubleshooting
• Proven success coordinating server provisioning and managing firewall rules
• Working knowledge of TLS/SSL certificates and enterprise PKI request processes
