Technical Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Delivery organization, the fully remote Technical Analyst will act as a liaison between business/end users and IT systems development teams, translating business requirements into technical designs and implementing scalable software components.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear technical artifacts and designs that align with system architecture
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and oversee technical feature designs, ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines
• Collaborate with Product Owners during planning sessions to refine requirements and align technical deliverables with business priorities

Required qualifications

• BS in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field with programming coursework
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing requirement and solution design sessions
• Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent) and experience designing complex queries
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, including SDLC and Agile/Scrum
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
