Technical Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting global sales teams, the full-time Technical Analyst will manage technical sales tasks, ensuring accurate data capture and progression through the sales cycle, while collaborating with solution engineers and sales professionals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to progress sales from qualified leads to contract legal review
• Partner with Sr. Account Executives and Solution Engineers on global sales opportunities
• Analyze contracts for pricing calculations and complete scope of support documentation

Required qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree
• 3-4 years of experience in a technical ERP project management role
• Experience supporting sales teams during the sales cycle
• Proficiency in ERP software systems
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple projects
