Technical Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst for a hybrid role in Philadelphia, who will translate business needs into technical requirements, manage multiple projects, and drive process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
• Document business processes, workflows, and technical diagrams using process mapping techniques
• Manage and prioritize multiple work scopes to ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical/business analysis experience in a financial services environment, preferably in retirement plan recordkeeping
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity concepts
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Draw.io, Visio, or Lucidchart
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus
