Technical Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-departmental teams, the full-time remote Technical Analyst will deliver system and data analysis, facilitate tool implementations for Payment Integrity, and coordinate data collection efforts to enhance organizational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document gaps in software programs, applications, and systems through thorough analysis
• Collect data and conduct analysis to support system enhancements in collaboration with organizational teams
• Drive the implementation of changes to applications and infrastructure to meet organizational needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 3 years of relevant system or technical analysis experience
• Knowledge of system analysis methods and evaluation criteria
• Familiarity with application development and data architecture
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
