Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Analyst will bridge Customer Success and Engineering teams by triaging customer-impacting issues, leading advanced solutioning efforts, and ensuring system integrity through effective change control management.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate customer business needs and develop implementation-ready solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Act as the primary intake point for technical issues, managing prioritization and resolution to minimize client disruption
- Oversee the change control process for Engineering deployments, ensuring system stability and compliance with organizational standards
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and root cause identification
- Experience managing ITIL-based processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
- Proven experience collaborating with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams
