Technical Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing health system integration project, the full-time Technical Analyst will assist in the build-out, implementation, and ongoing support of Infor CloudSuite while working remotely with occasional onsite team events.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with key clients to understand project requirements and communicate implementation methodologies
• Monitor system performance, maintain databases, and ensure system functionality meets clinical and business requirements
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and provide on-call production support as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field is required
• 1+ years of experience in an Information Technology setting; healthcare IT experience preferred
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite, including Configuration Console and IPA
• Knowledge of database management tools and basic hardware configurations
• Familiarity with programming languages and tools such as XML, Groovy, and SSRS is a plus
