Technical Analyst - Deployment Specialist

Job Summary

Coordinating and executing minor releases and emergency deployments, the full-time Technical Analyst - Deployment Specialist will manage release readiness and deployment processes in a fully remote environment, ensuring reliable delivery and minimizing production risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage VXcis minor releases and patch deployments across environments
• Own and execute production emergency deployments, ensuring all approvals are documented
• Provide centralized visibility into release readiness and deployment schedules while reducing disruptions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting software release management and environment deployments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and release processes
• Experience working in a fast-paced, release-intensive environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-risk deployments with attention to detail and accountability
