Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst I to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and resolve technical incidents escalated from Service Desk and Field Technology teams
  • Monitor and manage corporate IT systems to ensure operational efficiency
  • Troubleshoot application and system performance issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of IT experience, preferably in a technical support or operations role
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), and VMware
  • Knowledge of network protocols, configurations, and LAN operations
  • Previous experience in a resort or hospitality environment is a plus
