Technical Analyst I

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise applications and enhancing business operations, the full-time remote EBA Technical Analyst I will manage integration between Workday and other systems, provide on-call support, and assist in application development and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop integration between Workday and other tertiary systems
• Provide on-call support for Workday and other systems on a rotating basis
• Assist in analyzing, designing, and implementing systems to improve business operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0+ years of experience in a related job discipline
• Basic programming or scripting experience with a willingness to learn
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, including simple queries and data retrieval
• Exposure to web and data technologies such as XML, XSLT, CSS, or JavaScript
