Technical Analyst II, EDI

Job Summary

Leading EDI onboarding projects, the full-time Technical Analyst II, EDI will coordinate tasks, interact with customers and vendors, and ensure timely delivery of design documents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in EDI onboarding projects and coordinate with team members to complete tasks
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transaction processing across multiple system integrations, ensuring reliable document transactions
• Develop EDI translation maps and provide solutions to meet internal and external customer requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in EDI technologies with an understanding of various EDI format standards
• Experience with EDI documents such as 850, 855, 856, and 810
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide first-line troubleshooting support
