Technical Analyst - IT/GIS

Job Summary

Technical Analyst - IT/GIS, a full-time position responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to develop technical solutions, supporting Microsoft Power Apps and Automate, and administering server and network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers, managing network connectivity and security
• Integrate and maintain ArcGIS services and spatial data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform administration
• Basic server administration skills for Windows Server and Linux
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, and firewalls
• Experience with ArcGIS Server/Portal and spatial data management
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python, and REST API integration
