Technical Analyst - Java

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst JAVA/Reinsurance (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging Java code
• Participate in defining and refining software requirements and system specifications for reinsurance applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and technical objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a Technical Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience in enterprise application development
• Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of software development practices and Agile methodologies
