Technical Analyst (RCM and Claims)

Job Summary

To develop a Revenue Cycle Data product strategy, the full-time Technical Analyst (RCM and Claims) will manage the product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze data while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the strategy and lifecycle of products from conceptualization through implementation and release
• Foster relationships across technology teams to support product development and resolve dependencies
• Conduct user research and measure metrics to ensure products achieve successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in writing and running SQL queries
• Experience in product management or technical analysis within the healthcare or software development sectors
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes
• Ability to analyze and quantify customer value related to product features
• Experience with user research and persona identification methodologies
