Job Summary
Serving as a technical authority for SAP SuccessFactors, the full-time remote Technical Analyst, SuccessFactors HCM will manage complex troubleshooting, solution design, and system configuration for Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding while providing guidance to HR and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert for SAP SuccessFactors, addressing complex system issues and providing best practice guidance
- Design and configure SuccessFactors solutions to enhance HR and Talent processes, ensuring system stability and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and provide technical mentorship to other analysts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding
- Proven ability to function as an expert-level internal consultant and senior technical resource
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Benefits, Performance, Development, and Succession is preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant areas are strongly preferred
