Technical Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of advanced analytics and machine learning models, the full-time Technical Analytics Manager will work remotely to support federal oversight and investigative activities in fraud detection and prevention.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership across multiple analytics projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and mentoring technical teams
• Design analytic approaches and manage model development, testing efforts, and quality control for fraud detection use cases
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to ideate innovative use cases for detecting and preventing fraud, waste, and abuse

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing fraud detection analytics
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing analytic approaches and managing model development
• Minimum 5 years of coding experience in Python or other open-source programming languages
• Experience with machine learning, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and AI
• Experience leading technical teams
