Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles, partnering with leadership to design hiring plans
- Develop sourcing strategies for passive talent and create interview frameworks for various hiring tracks
- Leverage data to identify pipeline bottlenecks and enhance the talent brand to attract candidates
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a tech company or startup
- Proven track record in hiring across technical and corporate roles
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build strategic recruiting playbooks
- Strong proficiency in Greenhouse or comparable ATS
- Experience in relationship-building at various organizational levels
