Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles, partnering with leadership to design hiring plans
  • Develop sourcing strategies for passive talent and create interview frameworks for various hiring tracks
  • Leverage data to identify pipeline bottlenecks and enhance the talent brand to attract candidates


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a tech company or startup
  • Proven track record in hiring across technical and corporate roles
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build strategic recruiting playbooks
  • Strong proficiency in Greenhouse or comparable ATS
  • Experience in relationship-building at various organizational levels
