Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Animator/Rigging Artist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead Technical Animation and Rigging Pipelines and Workflows for a new Unreal Engine 5.x game
  • Collaborate with Technical and Art Directors to ensure high-quality animations
  • Establish tools, pipelines, and best practices to support the animation team

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years as a Tech Artist and 5+ years in the video game industry
  • Rigging experience for FPS Characters, scripting knowledge, and understanding of AAA game engine pipelines
  • Expertise in Maya or equivalent animation software, with a preference for experience in Unreal Engine's animation system
  • Shipped at least 1 AAA Video Game and familiarity with mocap and procedural animation workflows
  • Ability to rig FPS weapons
