Technical Application Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Application Scientist to manage customer interactions and provide technical support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide NGS consultation for complex projects through various communication channels
• Review NGS quotes and train Associate Study Managers
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and serve as the main contact for select external customers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree required; PhD preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience required
• In-depth knowledge of NGS techniques, applications, and platforms
• Prior experience in scientific technical support and troubleshooting
• Project management experience recommended
