Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Application Support Specialist II to provide support for critical business applications and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal users by managing support requests and responding to live chat inquiries
- Troubleshoot application, product, API, and configuration issues, identifying root causes and resolving or escalating as needed
- Manage backend system configurations and coordinate platform releases to ensure operational stability
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in application support, tier 2 support, or similar roles
- Experience troubleshooting system, product, or configuration issues in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of system dependencies and experience working with APIs and integrations
- Demonstrated ability to independently investigate and resolve technical issues across systems
