Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Application Support Specialist II to provide support for critical business applications and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal users by managing support requests and responding to live chat inquiries
  • Troubleshoot application, product, API, and configuration issues, identifying root causes and resolving or escalating as needed
  • Manage backend system configurations and coordinate platform releases to ensure operational stability
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in application support, tier 2 support, or similar roles
  • Experience troubleshooting system, product, or configuration issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of system dependencies and experience working with APIs and integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to independently investigate and resolve technical issues across systems
