Job Summary
To enhance clinical and administrative solutions, the full-time Technical Applications Analyst will perform detailed analysis, requirements definition, configuration, testing, and sustainment of health IT applications and systems.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements for applications supporting interoperability and clinical workflows
- Develop user stories, functional specifications, data models, and test plans while assisting with system configuration and integration testing
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver enhancements and support compliance activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business Analysis, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical systems/applications analysis, preferably in federal healthcare or VA settings
- Proficiency with health IT standards (HL7, FHIR), EHR platforms, SQL/data tools, and requirements management software
- Certifications such as CSM, SAFe PO/PM, or CBAP preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams
