Key Responsibilities

• Drive architectural decisions and lead technical debt prioritization
• Mentor the development team and establish coding standards
• Own the technical roadmap and design scalable solutions for the platform

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in technical architecture or team lead roles
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Node.js/TypeScript
• Experience with microservices architecture at scale
• Preferred experience in fintech, mortgage, or lending industry
