Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Architect (Decision Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for implementations and optimizations
• Collaborate with teams to review and approve project plans, addressing delivery inefficiencies
• Identify and resolve recurring technical issues, recommending product enhancements as needed

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in software implementation or Application Technical Support in healthcare finance or decision support
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills to train team members on technical concepts
• Proficiency across modules in the Decision Support solution is a plus
• Strong project management and prioritization abilities
