Job Summary

Leading the technical design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, the full-time remote Technical Architect will focus on customizations, performance optimization, and infrastructure management while ensuring compliance with financial regulations across multi-region environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement D365 F&O customizations and extensions using X++, Power Platform, and extensibility frameworks
• Oversee DevOps pipelines for CI/CD processes, ensuring quality code and secure deployments in various environments
• Conduct code reviews and technical fit-gap analyses to optimize performance for high-volume healthcare workloads

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in D365 F&O development and 3+ years in a Technical Architect role
• Experience delivering 3+ full-lifecycle D365 F&O projects in multi-country settings
• Proficiency in X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and D365 extensibility
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Microsoft certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules and Azure services, with an understanding of healthcare processes
