Technical Architect

Job Summary

Leading the integration of advanced AI and machine learning technologies, the contract Technical Architect will architect and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions to automate workflows and enhance customer experiences while working flexibly from Bothell, WA, Plano, TX, or Alpharetta, GA.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver cloud-native and SaaS-based solutions for next-generation BSS platforms
• Drive initiatives to embed AI/ML models for dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, and real-time recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI/ML optimization across customer journeys and business processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of solution architecture experience, particularly in large-scale BSS within telecommunications or similar industries
• Proven expertise in architecting cloud-native, microservices, and SaaS solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise systems
• Deep understanding of BSS domains and processes, including customer management and billing
