Technical Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Technical Architect, the full-time remote position will lead customer-facing technical engagements, own complex multi-product deals, and architect enterprise-grade solutions that demonstrate measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing technical engagements including discovery, solution architecture, and executive presentations
• Own the technical win across complex, multi-product deals spanning Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
• Architect enterprise-grade solutions that connect modern data management, AI, and marketing technology

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or enterprise solution delivery
• Deep hands-on expertise across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem
• Strong working knowledge of Data Cloud (Data360) for marketing use cases
• Familiarity with Agentforce and AI-driven marketing applications
• Ability to articulate how modern data management enables AI and business outcomes
