Technical Architect
Job Summary
To define and drive the technical direction of Salesforce delivery work, the remote Technical Architect will design scalable solutions, lead a development team, and serve as the technical decision-maker on architecture and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical architecture for client implementations, ensuring scalability and alignment with Salesforce best practices
- Lead solution design sessions and translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Review and approve developer work, enforcing code quality and long-term organizational health
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect-level role
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow
- Strong grasp of Salesforce data modeling and security models
- Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware patterns
- Salesforce certifications expected: Platform Developer I/II; additional certifications are strong differentiators
