Technical Architect - East Coast

Job Summary

To support client implementations, the remote Technical Architect - East Coast will manage technical configurations and delivery of solutions, focusing on system integrations between Fairmarkit and client ERP and P2P systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in the full lifecycle of client implementations from sales hand-off to system configuration, training, and testing
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather requirements and analyze customer data for integration into procurement software
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful project completion

Required qualifications:

• Three years of SaaS implementation experience with procurement software
• Expertise in integrating SAP ECC, SAP S/4Hana, or SAP Ariba with third-party applications
• Familiarity with ETL processes and relational databases
• Customer-facing experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field
