Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Artist to bridge the gap between research and creative application in AI development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust pipelines to productionize AI models
• Develop and execute fine-tuning strategies to enhance model controllability
• Collaborate with Research and Design teams to translate aesthetic goals into technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience with Visual GenAI as a creator, fine-tuner, researcher, or engineer
• Strong engineering skills with proficiency in Python
• Deep experience with open-source generative AI tools like ComfyUI or similar frameworks
• Background in art/design with a strong understanding of aesthetics
• Experience with Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) techniques for model fine-tuning
