Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues with minimal supervision, providing effective solutions
- Develop comprehensive technical support documentation and contribute to product improvement initiatives
- Guide customers in familiarizing themselves with the cybersecurity software and technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- Knowledge of current security control technologies, including firewalls, DLP, and endpoint security
- Experience in cybersecurity with hands-on troubleshooting of SIEM, EDRs, and XDRs
- Basic knowledge of Linux System Administration and understanding of operating systems
- Expertise in troubleshooting TCP/IP networks and familiarity with networking topics
