Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Assistance Center Engineer to provide technical support and expertise to customers utilizing cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues with minimal supervision, providing effective solutions
  • Develop comprehensive technical support documentation and contribute to product improvement initiatives
  • Guide customers in familiarizing themselves with the cybersecurity software and technologies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
  • Knowledge of current security control technologies, including firewalls, DLP, and endpoint security
  • Experience in cybersecurity with hands-on troubleshooting of SIEM, EDRs, and XDRs
  • Basic knowledge of Linux System Administration and understanding of operating systems
