Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Assistance Product Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee the planning, design, and production of technical assistance resources
Work with subject matter experts to develop high-quality products for diverse audiences
Support efforts to collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative data for projects

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or related field OR equivalent work/education experience
5 years of related work experience in producing state or federal level government publications
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet, and other public relations tools
Knowledge of digital best practices for technical assistance products
Strong organization and project management skills to guide content through processes with multiple stakeholders
